Meet your MGA Board Members

After retiring in 2017, Keith and his wife, Bonnie, moved to Plantation in 2018, coming here from the Philadelphia area. After earning an Engineering degree and an MBA, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Keith had a 35-year career with pharmaceutical firm Merck & Co. … working in engineering, marketing, and eventually Managed Care Sales, managing Merck’s national corporate relationship with national Health Plans (Aetna) and pharmaceutical distributors (McKesson). Keith has been a member of the MGA Board of Trustees for the past 6 years, serving the last 3 years as President.

It has been my pleasure to serve in multiple capacities of the MGA board over the last few years. I have the utmost respect for our board members and game managers who support our membership to enjoy the game of golf and the accompanying camaraderie.

I’m a retired physician (gastroenterologist) who practiced at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire for 45 years. In my early years I sailed to the South Pacific for a year and then worked as mate on a Maine Windjammer. Most of my life I’ve been a racquets guy ( tennis, squash) but then bitten by golf bug midlife. I’m an avid amateur woodworker and model ship builder. Married to lovely wife Judy for 53 years, with three great children and five grandchildren.

Michael Dick - President

Bob McConahy - Vice President & Game Manager

Pete Anderson - Secretary/Handicaps

Ron Olson - Treasurer

Dave Bolognino - Communications & Golf genius

Bob and Renee McConahy joined Plantation in 2013, relatively new to golf at the time and embracing the sport upon arrival. We deeply value the Plantation community, its exceptional amenities, and the warm connections we've formed. In 2025, I am honored to serve my first year on the MGA Board and am grateful for the positive feedback from members, who consistently acknowledge and appreciate the Board's dedicated efforts.

Ron Myers - Game Manager - Membership

Ronald Myers grew up in Bushnell, Illinois. He spent 40 years as a high school basketball referee. He and his wife, Cyndi, have a blended family of 3 boys, 3 girls, 6 grandkids, and one on the way. He enjoys golf, watching sports, and traveling..

Doug Harrington - Pay Master

Keith Yothers - Past President Emeritus Assistant Treasurer

I decided to become a medical doctor in eighth grade and graduated from the University of Iowa School of Medicine in 1981. During medical school, I discovered immense joy in delivering babies and chose to specialize in OB/GYN. I completed my residency in Springfield, Illinois, then practiced in Pekin for 35 years. I always advised rotating students: "Don't enter this field for the hours—there are plenty of handshakes, hugs, and photos instead." I stopped counting deliveries at 6,000, retired five years ago at age 65, and moved here permanently. I love it—playing golf with wonderful people and serving as paymaster for the MGA.

I am honored to serve on the board of the MGA and join the existing leadership who generously give their time for the enjoyment of the membership. My wife Debbie and I have been at the Plantations in some capacity since 2019 but are seasonal residents and return home to spend the summers in Michigan where we enjoy golfing and boating. I am a mostly retired engineering executive and my wife is a self-employed architect.

Since joining Plantation Golf & Country Club in 2012, I’ve enjoyed being part of group golf and the relationships it creates. The MGA has always been a great avenue for members to connect, compete, and feel at home within the club community. I look forward to serving on the board and welcome any feedback that helps us enhance the MGA experience for all members. My wife, Kathy, and I have three children and nine grandchildren who keep our calendar full when we head back to Central Illinois in the off‑season.
